1:1 Coaching with Chris Murray
For a small number of managers, directors, business owners and commercial leaders, a workshop isn’t always the right answer.

Chris works with a limited number of individuals each year on a confidential one-to-one basis, helping them think more clearly, make better decisions and move forward with greater confidence.
Who Coaching Is For
1:1 coaching is typically suited to people who:
- Are stepping into a new leadership role
- Want to improve their commercial effectiveness
- Need support navigating change, growth or uncertainty
- Are preparing for greater responsibility
- Want an experienced, independent sounding board
- Need help turning ideas into action
How It Works
Every coaching programme begins with an initial conversation.
If there appears to be a good fit, coaching objectives are agreed and a programme is designed around the individual’s goals and circumstances.
Most assignments last between six and twelve months, although shorter programmes are sometimes appropriate where there is a specific challenge or objective.
Sessions can take place in person or online, although Chris generally prefers to work face-to-face where practical.
A Limited Number of Clients
Chris only works with a small number of coaching clients each year.
This allows him to remain focused on his training and speaking commitments while ensuring coaching clients receive the time and attention they need.
